Preserving History, Inspiring Service

Every Soldiers, Scouts, Students project begins locally — sometimes with a single Scout, student, or citizen who cares enough to take action. From there, small efforts grow into something much larger: a shared commitment to honor veterans, preserve local history, and connect generations through service and storytelling.

Some projects are youth-led. Others start with one person who simply sees a need in their community. Together, they form the heart of Soldiers, Scouts, Students — grassroots leadership in action.

Preserving History, Inspiring Service

Our projects combine historical preservation, education, and community service, transforming monuments, archives, and memories into living lessons. Whether it’s a Scout troop restoring a monument, a librarian digitizing local history, or a veteran mentoring students, every act of service contributes to the same mission:
to preserve the past and inspire the future.

Explore our ongoing projects through the menu above to see how communities are bringing this vision to life — one story, one square, and one generation at a time.

Soldiers, Scouts, Students continues to grow town by town — proving that local service, shared history, and youth leadership can unite communities nationwide.
