About us

Soldiers, Scouts, Students is a grassroots national service framework that connects generations through service, education, and historical preservation.

This initiative empowers communities to honor veterans and preserve local history by combining the efforts of students, Scouts, veterans, educators, and neighbors. Each project is youth-led, community-driven, and designed to teach leadership, gratitude, and civic pride.

The mission is simple yet powerful:
to unite people through shared service and storytelling, turning hometown history into living lessons for the next generation.

Soldiers, Scouts, Students is not an organization — it’s a model that any community can make their own. It fits naturally within existing programs such as Scouting America, the Boy Scouts of America, the Girl Scouts of the USA, the National Honor Society, Junior ROTC, American Legion Youth Programs, and VA youth volunteer initiatives.

Together, these partnerships help preserve the past, strengthen communities, and inspire the leaders of tomorrow.
